Entrepreneurship, paid internships and student financial aid: Charles Milliard makes commitments to Quebec’s youth

Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, August 27, 2026 – Patrice Léger Bourgoin, Quebec Liberal Party candidate in Saint-Jean, welcomes leader Charles Milliard's commitments to Quebec's youth.

A Liberal government commits to:

Creating an entrepreneurship access plan (RAE);
Paying certain currently unpaid internships in the public network;
Reviewing and simplifying student financial aid;
Placing the youth file under the responsibility of the Premier;
Launching a national summit on the education system, with work beginning in the government's first 100 days.

"Our young people want to study, start businesses and build their future here. Paying internships and simplifying financial aid tells them clearly that we believe in them," says Patrice Léger Bourgoin.
